Communist Manifesto, second treatise of government by John Locke, inequality among men by Rousseau, a vindication of the rights of women by Mary Wollstonecraft, and on liberty by John Stuart Mill
Order Description
1. This is going to be an argumentative essay with a clear thesis, arguments supporting the thesis along with examples from the books to support your argument, and a strong conclusion.
2. This essay can be more than 1100 words, but NO more than 1500.
3. I need you to be descriptive of the arguments you make, BUT not too descriptive. Focus on a thesis and more on arguments to support the thesis.
4. I have not gotten an official topic for the essay, but I want the reader to read all the books and readings and get familiar with them until I submit the official question. They are heavy readings and a lot of information, so I suggest underlining things that could potentially be useful for the essay.
5. All the readings connect to each other and focus on one thing at the end; hint: that one thing will be the topic question.
6. There is not a required number of sources, just whichever book/reading you use for the essay.
7. Please, absolutely no other sources except the readings.
The readings include:
1. The communist manifesto by Marx and Engels
2. 2nd treatise of government by John Locke
3. Inequality among men by Rousseau
4. A vindication of the rights of women by Mary Wollstonecraft
5. On liberty by John Stuart Mill
I will upload a PDF to every reading. please follow my instructions to shorten your readings.
