Reflection Essay (Instructions)

• Well, an entire semester for you is almost in the books. It is a time for joy, laughter, excitement, celebration and less stress…but until then…one last peer evaluation is due. For this reflection assignment you are to complete the following:

1.) Type out a two (2) page response essay (minimal requirement) outlining the members of your group (Highlight things that the person did particularly well, some of the struggles that you had to overcome personally or with the group, etc.)
2.) You will be writing a paragraph for EACH member of your group regarding this final group project exclusively. Therefore, if there are five other members in your group other than yourself, you will need to have at least five paragraphs.
3.) At the end of each paragraph you will describe in detail why you gave the person the score that you did.
***E.g. Gwen Stefani did a wonderful job in our group for this last project. She was very organized, helpful, and was always early to meetings. In addition, she brought a great vibe to the demeanor of our group. She is extremely funny and has an exceptional personality, which made it very easy for the entire group to communicate comfortably with one another. Lastly, she always made deadlines and was astonishingly dependable. Her final grade should certainly be full credit: 30/30.
4.) As always, be honest, as I will calculate the avg. scores from your group members (colleagues) and assign that grade to that particular individual (as I have been doing all semester).
