    A failure of a tank with liquid propane is considered. After the failure a mixture of liquid and vapour fuel is injected in the atmosphere and ignited. The evolution of the fireball in the atmosphere should numerically be simulated. The effect of radiation is important. A student should develop a mathematical model of the process and simulate the problem using the computer package FLUENT. Experimental data and computational results will be provided for a comparison.
