Most people believe that multimedia is a relatively new phenomena brought about by the invention and marketing of the Personal Computer (PC). This, in fact, is not true. Multimedia can be traced all the way back to early civilization where cave paintings helped to reinforce messages and tell stories.
Using the Internet or Online Library, research the history of multimedia. Begin to identify important dates and times, major contributors and theorists, and even inventions and significant events. Choose at least ten points of interest (significant events, people, inventions, etc.) that you could apply to a timeline.

Then, using the adobe design program of your choice, create a “History of Multimedia Time Line,” that documents your findings. Your time line should include the dates and events for your ten chosen items and must include at least three images.
