Calorymetry
A small description of the activities: One needed to use Coppersulphate pentahydrate and amonium Nitrate to determin the heat-capacity of the calorimeter with a known spec. heat-capacity of amonium nitrate, 1.741 J/degree g. Thereafter, enthalpy of solution for monohydrate coppersulphate and anhydrous coppersulphate was found to establish the enthalpy of solution of anhydrous coppersulphate. The same mass of the content (water + substance) and the same number of moles of salt was used.
The requirement: A nicely formated scientific report with qualities matching those of prof.standards. Calculations needs to contain necessary uncertainty calculations and so on. Two picture are attached and need to be included in the report. Report should be available within 12 hours, and the text of pictures and tables need to be alterable.
Exp. A: for determining the heat-capacity of the calorimeter using NH4NO3 and CUSO4 .5H2O(s) with room temp. of 21.0 deg Celcius. and the spec.heat capacity of amonium-nitrate is asumed to be
