Construct a Business Plan for a new mission-driven non-profit arts organization. I’ve already started it and written the executive summary, the mission and the vision. I’m attaching the part I’ve done as a word document. So, please develop the business plan based off of what I’ve already written. You should work on the following parts based on my executive summary, mission and vision:
-situational analysis
-qualifications (of founding personnel)
-organizational overview
-development plan
-marketing plan
-financial plan
The details for each of these parts are further explained in the document I’m attaching. You should answer each of the questions listed there. The writings in red are the parts that you should work on. You should also have an appendix, and the things that are supposed to be included in the appendix are written in the document. If anything is unclear, please message me to ask. Don’t just take a guess and proceed accordingly. I wouldn’t want for you to rewrite the same thing over and over again.
