The topic of the paper must relate to a subject matter covered in Anderson’s Business Law & The Legal Environment by Twomey, Jennings and Fox (chapters 22-42 inclusively). The topic can either argue one side of an issue supported by the appropriate data, or present both sides of the said issue highlighting the pivotal points associated therein.
