    Write a two – three page (8.5” x 11”, one inch margins, 11 point Arial, double spaced) summary review of the material presented in the article, as it impacts project management, both execution and quality. The intent of this assignment is to perform a critical analysis of the material, what you learned relative to the major project management issues and then YOUR conclusion as to whether or not YOU agree with the authors’ conclusions. It should NOT be a summary of the history of NASA or a collection of quotations. I’m interested in what you think.

    Suggested discussion points include:

    1- How/why was the tripe constraint compromised?
    2- Why did competent technical staff that knew issues were present that could jeopardize the success of the project hesitate to speak up?
    3- Do you believe “group think” is limited to NASA or could it happen elsewhere?
    4- As project manager or technical lead of your own project, if you discover a project is going off track and there is reluctance on the team to speak up, what could you do?
