First Question:
Brain Function
Demonstrate the brain function in the executive processes in learning by which information is extracted from the sensory signals and transmitted to other areas for further abstraction, finally culminating in perception, memory, and language.
In a two- to three-page paper identify the brain areas implicated in learning that finally culminate in perception, memory, and language. Provide a summary of the brain’s executive process in the emergence of language. The process should include a short introduction/summary explaining how learning begins with sensory experience, brain functions, to finally culminating in memory and language.
Note: Consider the process of learning a new taste, smell, etc.
2nd Question:
Stressed or Distressed
Reflect on your own life and see if you can identify any experience that could or has disrupted/distressed your learning? What things have you done and can you do to reduce the impact of this threat in order to increase your learning. Think about some of the things you have learned in your reading that may have helped or will help.
