Focus on Aztec culture with an emphasis on how the cuisine shaped the nation. According to one my dictionaries, cuisine is defined as “a style or quality of cooking.” It is not a random collection of foods. Rather, all cuisines occur at the intersection of many factors including: the natural environment, culture, chemistry, and history. Therefore, the study of a cuisine is an excellent way to examine the multiplicity of relationships between plants and people.

Any maps, illustrations, recipes, and list of references will be in addition to the 10 pages of text. At least 10 peer reviewed references, minimal use of non-peer reviewed articles.

Although you can make it how you see fit, my suggested outline would be similar to this format.
