At times the most difficulty occurs when communication lines do not reach the intended party. At time if you notice within each of our line of work we get included into communication lines for reasons of the main topics that we might be addressing but at the same time we might run across information that might be of use to someone that might not be copied on that email or documentation correspondence.If we ignore such informational connection by just focusing on the main topic the intended person for the complimentary information will eventually receive it but after a certain period of time. However if we do relay the information to the person at that moment then there will be better time efficiency for the whole organization just because that person will be able to pro-act sooner.But in such situations do Politics and Power play an important role with communication barriers?
