Anthropometry

Excel sheet:
Only those participants who had full sets of data reported in the way instructed are included in this excel sheet. Any data which was handed in but was not appropriate has not been included. Missing data make it very difficult for data collection and are aspects which we should always try to avoid. Please try and make sure you follow instructions as well as possible.

Overall, as a group, we tend to see more female data. This time round we only had 2 male participant's data. Generally, the nutrition programme tends to recruit more females so not easy to do gender comparisons.

Also just before, I upload, I wanted to point out a slight error in the calculation of sport score. It should be plus instead of multiply:

Sport Score = (Intensity1 x Time1 x Proportion1) + (Intensity2 x Time2 x Proportion2)
