1) What is your leadership philosophy?
2) List 3 values and how they shape you as a leader.
3) It what way(s) have you, yourself as a leader, or a leader you have witnessed, “Set the Example” by showing others by your own/ their own example that you/they are deeply committed to the values and aspirations you/they espouse.

Weekly Reflections (20 points each) By midnight on Wednesday of each week, each student will be required to
submit a one page reflection on the reading. You will submit this by attaching your document to the discussion
thread. The reflection MUST be submitted as an attached word document. The format will be: one page,
single space, times new roman 12 point font. Points will be deducted for not following the format as outlined.
Each week I will provide questions or thoughts to respond to that has been pulled from the reading to inspire
your response. This is a reflection, so please feel free to write about what speaks to you from the reading.
Grading Rubric for Reflections
5 points Correct formatting: reflection attached as a word document, 1 page, Times
New Roman font, 12 point font, single space.
5 points Quote a sentence or section of the reading and reflect on it.
5 points Quote another sentence or section of the reading and reflect on it.
5 points Discuss how you feel the reading influences you as a leader.
