The balance between Accountability, Integrity, and Reliability! How to balance it and what is the right equilibrium for all three.
I provided definitions of each word below for clarification.
Accountability: Is the obligation for an individual or organization to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and disclose the results in a transparent manner.
Reliability: The ability of a product to perform as intended (i.e., without failure and within specified performance limits) for a specified time, in its life cycle application environment.
Integrity: A measure of the appropriateness of the tests conducted by the manufacturer and the parts ability to survive those tests.
