For this discussion, compare and contrast traditional fitness training and how you have previously trained to the concept of the OPT Model. Did you incorporate integrated training in the past? Are there protocols presented in the OPT Model that were omitted from your past training experiences? Be detailed and thorough in your discussion of the OPT Model protocol, the acute variables, the types of exercises, etc., and how this form of training is the same and different from past trainings.
