Task: Write an essay that analyzes the thematic content of Quest. To do this, you should identify a theme in the film and explain how the filmmaker conveys the theme through the use of literary elements (character, plot, conflict, setting, etc.) and/or film techniques (lighting, editing, camera angles). Your paper should contain all of the following:
An original title
An introduction that uses a hook, introduces the film, and ends with a thesis statement that clearly states your claim about a theme that you believe is evident in the film and how the element(s) and/or technique(s) you have chosen help to convey the message.
Three or more body paragraphs that analyze the use of the element(s) and/or techniques you have identified as important to an understanding of the theme. You should summarize supporting evidence from the film and analyze it, explaining how it supports your claim.
A conclusion that reiterates your main idea, adds something new, and bookends your hook.
