REIT REPORT

This is an individual assignment which will require you to prepare a detailed property report

on a selected Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Assignment Overview

This assignment requires you to analyse information on a selected REIT. You will need to

provide the following details on trust properties: location, types of properties, and

information about the trust: size and debt level. Alongside performance data, this

information forms the basis for decision making by REIT investors. Financial and market

data used must be as at 30th June 2018.

Assignment Objectives

On completion of this assignment you will be able to:

1) Source information on a key Australian property sector.

2) Identify and describe the key components of an Australian REIT.

3) Detail the composition of a selected REIT. Highlighting key features and strategies

of the REIT, which will assist an investor to make a decision on it.

4) Prepare and deliver a quality property research report.
