    Complete the following four tasks:

    1- The Elliott et al. article. Write a summary of the introduction (section 1).
    2- The Hallsworth article and Weissman’s response to it. Compose a paragraph that summarizes the differences in the writers’ arguments.
    3- The Tarasuk article and paraphrase paragraph #5: “The presence of so many….merits examination.”

    In one lengthy paragraph, discuss ONE of the following statements. In your answer, cite from ALL of the assigned articles cited above (Weissman is optional). Cite all articles correctly in a Works Cited.

    Paragraph statement choices: ( choose one of them)

    1- Wendell Berry believes that people’s connection with their food and its origins has widespread consequences for well-being. Academic research provides some evidence to support this position.
    2- While Wendell Berry’s call to action is lofty in its intent, creating meaningful connections between people and their food is problematic and often impractical.
    3- There is much all levels of government can or could do to bolster food availability and food security in urban communities.
    4- In our urbanized world, our relationship to our food will have a profound impact on our future both locally and globally.
