Write a case study company report that provides a detailed analysis of Just Eat plc. Analyse its strategy and stock price, for the past 5 years (2011-2015). Structure of report:
Abstract/Executive Summary•
What you do in your report and summary of conclusions and any recommendation.
Introduction•
What you do. Why it is interesting (motivation). Your main findings. Organisation of report (one very small paragraph).
Company Overview•
Give an overview of the company’s history and the main industry it belongs to. Present its range of products and/or services, and also mention the main countries (markets) where it operates. Pie charts are always very useful here. Use current time.
Strategic Aspects•
Explain the strategies followed by the company, e.g., investments, sales of divisions or plant closures, mergers/acquisitions, efficiency improvements (increased revenues, decreased costs), raising financing (debt, equity), management turnover. Provide an overall and insightful summary at the end of this section.
Performance: Stock Price•
Present a graph with the stock price of the company and that of the relevant industry index (use two Y-axis). Present another graph with re-based series, i.e., both series start at 100 (for each series, divide each value by the first value in the series and multiply by 100; use one Y-axis). Analyse the results.
Career Reflection (Individual: max 500 words – add to appendix):•
Identify one division within the organisation, one position you aspire to work in and the skills required to do this job.
Outline how you currently demonstrate the skills required to do the job
Reflect on any skill gaps
Discuss which activities (extra-curricular/volunteering/part-time work/internship) you

Conclusion•
Focus on your main findings and lessons from your results. In particular, investigate whether there is a link between the company’s strategic actions and its performance, whether you should buy shares in the company, and what you think the company should do next.
