-4 to 5 min persusive speech
– 3 main points: Need to address the problem ( what is the problem now), the cause( what is making the problem go on), Solution ( what can we do as individuals or what can the government to do solve the problem)
EX:

D. preview- “First im going to talk about,, second im going to talk about,, and finally….
E. Justificaiton- “and the reason is because… stated…. (quote someone important, talk about numbers to show how important your issue is)
