First, you must identify and discuss in some detail the inequality you seek to address. (2-3 pages). Second, please propose a solution that will address this inequality. You may either examine one solution that is well known (i.e. reparations, affirmative action, multicultural education) or propose a solution of your own. If you choose to propose your own solution, your ideas must be well informed. In other words, your created solution must still be based on research, analyses of U.S. trends, and thoughtful consideration of other solutions that have been proposed or implemented. (Please do not simply create a solution out of fantasy without thoughtful considerations of themes discussed in class or other solutions that have been discussed by experts. This is very important.) Discuss your solution in detail and explain why your solution will successfully address the inequality
