As each section is being completed i would like to read is progress to make sure its on the right track and revisions are not made last minute.

    About the research:

Cytotechnologist identified Endometrial cells(EMS) over 45 years of age then it is given to pathologist for review and final diagnosis. Pathologist review the slide and have tacked on a diagnosis of Atypical Squamous cells (ASCUS). out of 227 cases with EMs over 45 years, 18 were given ASCUS. I am trying to identify if these 18 cases were truly ASCUS and not an over call. Three certified for Cytotechnologist with over 10 years of experience have reviewed these cases. Using a scale from 0-5, 0 being would not call ASCUS and 5 would believe the case is ASCUS then comment why or why not it has met the criteria.. Three students will review these cases; grade using the scale and comment why or why not it satisfied criteria. HPV Status was pull and a search for follow up treatment was looked up.

I am trying to figure out what compelled these pathologist to call these cases ASCUS. for example-Did they confuse metaplastic cells with Endometrial cells?

I will download a literature review with references I would like to be used, and questions.

Excel spread sheets with HPV information and follow up

I would like an age control

Scale sheet with the certified cytotechnologist evaluation will be attached- total 3

Scale sheet with student cytotechnologist will be attached- total 3
