The purpose of this assignment is to create a Personal Learning Development Plan that aligns with your or your organization’s needed competencies for future talent. This will include education, experience and exposure – in a trackable format. You will be provided with suggested components and a format for this assignment, but your customized approach will be appreciated. MISSION STATEMENT BUILDER: As we all know, it is important for learning to align with Mission and Values, the company’s and/or yours. If you would like a tool to help with your personal Mission Statement – here is the link to the FranklinCovey Mission Statement Builder: http://msb.franklincovey.com It is not required to share your Mission Statement, however it will help you with your learning plan to have one to align to. Requirements. The Learning Plan will have: 1. At least one example of each of the types of learning: Education (formal), Experiential (informal), and Coaching/Mentoring. 2. For each learning activity, include: a. A definition or explanation of what it is, b. A way to measure the learning activity and its status toward completion, and c. A target date of when it will be completed. 3. Evidence that these learning activities focus on your career. They may reflect future states involving: a.Your future classes till graduation, b. What you will learn to position yourself for after graduation, c. What you will do to grow your career with your current employer d. What you will do to position yourself for your next career

Note: I realize that depending on your chosen format – it may be hard to turn this in electronically. I will accept pictures – as long as I can see the work involved in the final deliverable.
