     Describe the basis of your leadership style using text models as a guide.
     Include one example of a relatively recent situation where you displayed leadership that is consistent with the leadership style you have/hope to develop.
     Include one other example where, as a leader, you were compelled to act in a manner that was inconsistent with your leadership philosophy.
