    DQ 1:
    Your Discussion Question responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct, and formatted in the same fashion as the questions themselves. If there is a Part A, your response should identify a Part A, etc. In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your responses and document in a bibliography using APA style. Discuss the Big Five personality model and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator considering the following issues. (A 1½-page response is required.)
    a. Compare and contrast the Big Five personality model with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, giving a detailed description of the five (5) components that comprise Big Five personality model and the four (4) components that comprise the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
    b. Describe one (1) benefit and one (1) shortcoming of each of these two (2) personality measures.
    c. If you were interested in using a personality measure to increase the level of cooperation in your team, which of these measures would you choose and why?
    DQ 2:
    After reading Simons’ (1999) article on behavioral integrity, discuss the following issues. (A 1½-page response is required.)
    a. Discuss three (3) of the sources of incongruence between the values expressed by words and those expressed through action and the practical implications to managers. The author refers to these sources as “antecedents to BI breaches.”
    b. Discuss two (2) specific actions a manager might take to avoid a lack of behavioral integrity and give one (1) example of each.
