• Photoshop Activity #1 – Create a 3 on 1 image composition
• Create a Photo Collage using images from the photo bank.
• Adjust pixel dimensions for all images to 1024×768
• Choose one image as a background, crop on 3rds (4×3 ratio)
• Crop remaining 3 images (using a 1×1 ratio)
• Convert to smart object and resize objects.
• Place the 3 images in a configuration that creates tension
• Decrease the opacity in the background image
• Apply fx to the floating images to make them stand out.

• Create a 4 letter word using letters from Letter Maze
• Create a Photo Collage using letters sourced from Letter Maze.psd.
• Create a new document
• Sample 4 different letters from LetterMaze.psd using the quick selection tool
• Paste and resize the 4 letters onto your new document and place them using rulers.
• Change background colour or use a background image
• Be mindful of leading and kerning, a line and x lines
