I just finish up my BS in health Care, and want more education for a better job when I retire from navy in 2018.
current job responsibilities: active duty Navy 16 years, manger over 13 people

Strong leader and an effective communicator. This course examines the current philosophies of leadership as applied to project management and identifies various styles of communication and conflict resolution. Through case studies and various exercise, you will develop enhanced leadership, communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
