* work on TIMKEN organization (going to submit links about it) that has already started implementing Lean and describe its current status, i.e, discuss the extent to which they have implemented Lean’ Principle (which IS Value Stream Mapping) I am going to submit a document about the flValue Stream Mapping. Then evaluate the implementations based on this concept (Value Stream Mappint. Then evaluate the implementations based on this concept (Value Stream Mapping) and make recommendations, as part of continuous improvement, about how this organization can improve on their lean implementation practice. Please provide a clear reasoning and explanation for all recommendations made.
