With regard of elearning in Kuwait, technical supervisors (TS) have two main jobs in the State of Kuwait. First job is providing schools teachers with some courses in service. Secondly, is doing an evaluation of the usage of elearning by teachers in schools. However, in my opinion, they lack of skills and knowledge of elearning. That is because of several factors. First of all, most of them were graduated from universities before 8 years or so where the elearning not yet existed in Kuwait. Secondly, the Ministry of higher education in Kuwait does not have any training courses for TSs who are in service.
In summary, the main research question is: To what extend that the technical supervisors of schools of the State of Kuwait are ready to apply the elearning.
The study might be conducted as evaluation for the TS weather they are qualified to carry this job or not.
