Analyze, as best as you can, possible holes in your plan, or areas of risk. You may want to look to your suppliers to see their risks as well as any industry risks.

Before you begin to write, think deeply about what could go wrong and identify the three major areas of risk then devise plans to be able to adjust. Prepare a SSWOT analysis (see Handout for details).

Once you prepared the risk report (with three major risks and possible mitigations, also prepare on a separate sheet of paper (as a separate handout) the SSWOT report. As always locate at least one citation in the text (using APA) and two citations from your research to support conclusions. Once you have this written down you can take a step back and think about what you have found. Once again, look to the current mission, vision or values and connect your innovation and risk and your plans for risk mitigation.

Now you can begin to write your three to five pages outlining your risk and mitigations. Do not write an introduction or a conclusion at this time, but do have at least three references (one would probably be the Website of your chosen organization and one more from the text and at least two others from your research.
