    Getting Started

Based on the interview results, you will now be able to reflect and perhaps compare this leader with leaders you have had in the past or currently have. Think about the lessons you learned as you navigated your questions. Were you surprised by the answers, do you believe there are practices you can apply in your organization? Learning to lead is about gaining knowledge through a variety of sources. Take this opportunity to add to your leadership toolkit!

Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:

    · Develop leadership principles related to conflict and power.

    · Interpret meaning from critically analyzing interviews.
